Some would say I started way to early. Along the way I&#8217;ve perfected? the art of making coffee in a drip coffee maker. Without more than a glance at the consistency of the grounds I can tell you how much coffee is too much to put in the drip basket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This brings me to the real reason for this article. When did making coffee in a drip-coffee maker, or, making coffee in general become such a skill? I work for someone almost twice my age who can&#8217;t make coffee without either using too small a filter, or too many grounds. This results in having coffee full of grounds, or coffee sludge all over the counter when I come in. Although my biggest pet peeve is probably him leaving the coffee grounds open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Great coffee shouldn&#8217;t be a mystery.
